Our Story
Raising horses on our farm in Morriston, a little west of Ocala, we were unhappy with our shavings options. When we ordered from the local vendor we would get a very inconsistent bulk material that was sometimes pokey flakes and other times dusty fine material. How wet it was depended on the weather that day because it was stored outside. We decided that this just wasn’t good enough, so we set out to find a better, more consistent bedding option for our community.
Our Approach
The Ocala equestrian community puts in the hard work needed to raise and train world class horses. We believe Ocala’s horses deserve safe, clean bedding that is easy to pick, so we’ve gone to great lengths to find the best bedding materials available on the market and handle the logistics to get them delivered from the mill to your farm efficiently.
We are just getting started!
We’ve only been in the bulk shavings business in Morriston for a few years, but we are growing quickly as customers find out what a difference quality service and better bedding products make. We love seeing our business blossoming from the little seed it started as, and we hope you will grow with us by giving us a try.
